I found lots of more expensive services out there so I was understandably hesitant at first. I had no need to worry. My unlock from O2 took under 2 days.

Had a little problem with the phone recognising the unlock but emailed customer service and they soon determined it was because I had restored my phone to factory settings and not activated it before trying to unlock it. On their advice I solved my problem and now my phone is unlocked. The only reason for a 4 star and not a 5 was that LiveChat is only available 104 GMT and I am now in Australia. Already recommended to other travellers I have come across wishing to do the same and will continue to recommend you. Brilliant service, thank you.

I think like most people who have not been personally recommended to a service, I was sceptical. I decided to give this company a go and although it cost a little more than the network quoted, having the phone unlocked in 3 days rather than the 4 weeks quoted by EE, it was well worth it. Very very satisfied with this service. Will use again

I bought what I thought was an unlocked iPhone but they are not really unlocked!!I bought an unlocked iPhone 6 to take with us on our 6 months travels throughout Europe so that we could use local sim cards during our trip and avoid high roaming charges. I put my UK O2 sim in the phone and it worked fine but when we than came to put a French sim card in the phone it said Sim Not Valid!! After phone calls to Carphone Warehouse I was told that it would only work with the O2 network now! It's not unlocked then is it!!When I came across this service online the customer support girl explained everything clearly to me and the 'Next Tether Policy' whatever that meant? My only option was to unlock my handset and chose to go ahead because the timescale was so quick compared to other sites I'd seen. Took less than 2 days to get my phone unlocked and now I truly have an unlocked phone that will allow me to use any network.CAnnot thank these guys enough HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
